By using PassAIExam ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PassAIExam provides online certification preparation courses for AI-related professional certifications. The Service includes text lessons, audio content, practice questions, and shareable completion certificates.

2. Not Affiliated with Certification Bodies

PassAIExam is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the IAPP, CompTIA, ISACA, or any other certification body. Our courses are third-party preparation materials based on publicly available exam objectives and bodies of knowledge.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Our courses are designed to help you prepare for certification exams, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Exam results depend on many factors including your prior knowledge, study effort, and the specific exam version you take.

4. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Course access is for individual use only and may not be shared
• One-time purchases include lifetime access to the purchased course version

5. Payment and Refunds

• All prices are in USD and are one-time payments
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Refund policy: Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked
• After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, audio, images, practice questions, and certificates, is the intellectual property of PassAIExam. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course content
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Scrape, download, or bulk-copy course materials
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform

7. Certificates

Completion certificates issued by PassAIExam indicate that you have completed our preparation course. They are not professional certifications and do not replace credentials issued by IAPP, CompTIA, ISACA, or other certification bodies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share actual exam questions or violate any certification body's NDA

9. Limitation of Liability

PassAIExam is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam failure, lost income, or career impacts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
